There are 4 things you can try...

1. Make sure you've accounted for your timezone. If you're on the east coast, it's possible you're a couple hours early.

2. You may be in the waiting room. Once class has started we will let you in ASAP. If you leave the Zoom meeting and re-join you'll end up in the waiting room again.

3. Try entering the Zoom ID through your desktop or phone application. The zoom ID for this class is 920 239 2952.

4. You can contact support by emailing [email protected] and he'll help you troubleshoot your problems.

If you have never used zoom before, go to the Zoom support website to get detailed descriptions and helpful videos about how to use the tool. After that, there are 3 things you can do to make sure that you get the most out of class.

1. Use the chat box. We will have KCN staff in class to answer your questions. They can also help you get access to materials and resources covered during class.

2. Use headphones. Any headphones will work and it's important that you use them because it makes it easier for us interact with you by eliminating audio feedback and background noise.

3. Use your webcam. This is an interactive class and we want to see your beautiful face!
