Alison Bradley

Over the last 14 years Alison has focused her leadership and development in the real estate industry. This includes brokerages services and operations, as well as sales organization development and expansion. All of this comes on the heels of leading operations in banking, retail, and a short stint in the airlines. She found her passion for building businesses and organizations while working as the Market Center Administrator in Anchorage, Alaska with Keller Williams Alaska Group. She continued to learn from the very best when she moved on to Keller Williams Realty, Inc as the Executive Assistant to the VP of Expansion and later became the Expansion Driver. Today, Alison works with leaders in multiple brokerages and sales teams across North America. She specializes in guiding organizations through growth and change, centralized and shared services, and intentional, expandable growth.

Alison Bradley was born near Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from The University of Georgia where she met her husband Jeff. A love of travel and adventure has taken them across the country and around the world. Today, they live just outside of Austin, TX after spending 12 years in Alaska and 6 years in Virginia. They are very active in their local church, spend as much time outside as possible and enjoy entertaining friends and family in their home.
