During the workshop, Patrick will give you systems, tools, and strategies to make sure you hire great talent.

(WEEK 1) Identify Talent
You'll do a needs analysis to determine what role you need to hire next. You'll also learn about personality types and which one will best fit the role you're hiring for.
(WEEK 2) Attract Talent
You'll post a job ad and call your network to begin your search for talent. We'll review scripts for following up with applicants and talk about how to read a resume.
(WEEK 3) Personality Assessments
You'll get personality assessments from your favorite applicants and go over them in class to learn which candidates are most likely to succeed in the role.
(WEEK 4) Screening Interviews
You'll interview your favorite candidates to learn how they think and what they've achieved before you move on to the primary interviews.
(WEEK 5) Primary Interviews
You'll conduct interviews to learn what makes your candidates tick and practice scripts to call 3 references deep.
(WEEK 6) Team Interviews
You'll prepare your team to interview your top candidates.
(WEEK 7) Making an Offer
You'll craft a compelling offer for you favorite candidate based on what you learned about them during the interview process.
(WEEK 8) On-boarding Best Practices
Now that you've made an excellent hire, we'll review how you can set them up for long term success in your organization.
