Hiring is hard...

It takes time, energy, and money to do it right. Even when you think you've finally found the right person for the job, that person can still turn out to be a dud.

This workshop series will walk you through the exact steps to identify, attract, interview, and hire quality people.

Each class will include powerful questions, role play, discovery and actionable items.

After all, your business is only as good as the people that run it. AND if you're at a point where you're looking for your next team member, you've probably put in thousands of hours to get to where your at.

The truth is, a great hire can take your business to places you've always dreamt of, free up your time, and dramatically change your quality of life. A good hire can get you by...

But, a bad hire can undo all of the hard work you've done so far.

During the workshop, Patrick will give you systems, tools, and strategies to make sure you hire great talent.

If you're burnt out, overworked, and tired of dealing with the same problems, you need to hire great talent and this workshop series can help you achieve that!

Reviews

“Shana has a love for people and a drive to grow. I have known her since she started her career in real estate over 20 years ago. When we met, I was her sales manager. Since then she has been my Team Leader and I have been her Operating Principal. It has been a real pleasure to watch Shana grow her career in real estate. I'm a high D and I've always respected Shana because if there's something that needs to get done, she's the person that gets it done.”

Barb Huntley

“I have been working with Shana Ackles for many years, in many capacities. She is an extremely intelligent, hard working, and most of all caring person. I have seen Shana work tirelessly on fundraising, culture building, and coaching. Her care for others is always evident. Shana would be an awesome addition to any leadership, consulting or coaching team. She has always gone above and beyond. Also, she is one of the few people, that I can text at 5 am and she responds enthusiastically.”

Matt Dimmick

“Shana is marvelously committed to those she works with and the causes to which she chooses to devote her time. When she decides she's going to do something, she does it with an all encompassing passion. I have personally seen the great work that Shana does and the affect she can have on a team and a business. When Shana came to Keller Williams as a productivity coach many years ago, she filled a gap in the delivery of our value proposition and a leadership role on our team. During our time working together we were able to leave an impact on the Alaska Market Center that I believe is still evident today. We wanted Shana to be a part of our team because she had a reputation of integrity, performance, and excellent customer service not just with those who worked with her - but her competitors as well.”
